I have always been passionate about living an active lifestyle & was a part of competitive sports all the way through college, playing on a D1 soccer team. However, once structured sports ended & i started working a full time corporate job I had no idea how to train myself. It felt overwhelming knowing where to start & what to eat.
Without a solid plan, I quickly lost my athleticism & gained body fat from sitting at a desk all day & indulging in far too many meals out & drinks.
I became uncomfortable with how far I had let myself go & came across macro tracking! Gaining an understanding of nutrition gave me the tools & freedom to still enjoy a meal out or drinks with friends while staying on track with my health & fitness goals. It’s been life changing!
Over the past years I saw so many women struggling with their diets, trying this or that fad diet of the moment. I knew that what I had learned about macro tracking & fitness could help these women achieve the fat-loss and freedom that they wanted and deserved. So, I became a Certified Personal Trainer & Macro coach so I can help women every day & it’s been the best decision ever!
